Shell size to 7 mm; shell turreted. Sculpture of three nodulose spiral cords (four on last whorl) crossed by about 20 axial ("vertical") ribs, which impart and reticulated, or net-like pattern to the shell surface. Base with single broad nodulose spiral cord. Outer lip with four bends that reflect presence of spiral cords. Color waxy-white.
