Shell size to 6 mm; Shell small, elongate-conical. Sculpture of four raised spiral cords separated by deep grooves. Fine axial lines present between cords. Columella with single strong fold. Color white. The species is an ectoparasite on the Eastern Oyster, Crassostrea virginica.
